Sean Vanhuss -Director of FDA Operations

Sean Vanhuss has been in the culinary game for over 15 years and worked for some remarkable organizations such as the New Orleans Zephyrs, Dallas Cowboys and Le Pavillion Hotel before coming to Pigéon Caterers in 2011. Growing up in Destrehan he always has a passion for cooking, which later helped him decide to complete his associates in Culinary Arts in 2010. He now oversees all FDA production, he also handles all purchasing for the catering and FDA departments.
