Pigeon Catering & Events has a rich history that dates back to the 1990s, when brothers Dean and Troy Pigeon, along with their father Pete, opened Dean's Deli, a small but popular eatery in Kenner, Louisiana. Over time, the catering side of the business emerged, and in 1998, Pigeon Catering & Events was officially established. Over the past 25 years, the company has flourished into one of the region's most prominent catering and event-planning companies under the guidance of Dean and Jean-Pierre Pigeon. But behind the company's success lies a dedicated and talented team of professionals, including chefs and kitchen assistants, a sales team specializing in creating unique menus, an event production team, event managers, and a host of support staff.
