This is to state with pleasure that Pigeon Caterers do only the finest work in food preparation and service in New Orleans. They have catered numerous small and large dinners for me personally and for events which I have hosted both at my private residence and at my building, St. Elizabeth's Orphanage, 1314 Napoleon Avenue, New Orleans.

They have handled traditional Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners beautifully. And, when the President of the United States came to visit several years ago, I went directly to the Pigeon Brothers to cater the event. Their recipes, their presentation, their staff, and their follow-through are simply marvelous.
